Last august, Palanca butcher shops , one of the greatest and age-old stalls of Central wholesale market of Valencia, was completely refurbished, to decorate the entire rear wall, we made a spectacular 3 m length mural with 7, 5 x 15 cm beveled white shine tiles which represent the different parts of cut beef from the different animals.
