All our paintings are handmade one by one, without any industrial process in series. Each tile is unique. We can paint any image, photograph, drawing, paintings. Any design. Each of our paintings is a unique piece and entirely handmade. Depending on the size of the mural, the type of painting, the complexity of the image... will require more or less time. For this reason, when you request quote we will inform you of the specific delivery time of your order. In any case, a standard term could be about 15 w/days. We can paint on any type of tile. To find out more about the tile that we use in Artelux, check our product section Product. Of course! If you want your mural painted on the same model of tile that you will use for the rest of the tiles, you can send us the necessary tile pieces and thus your mural will be perfectly integrated in the atmosphere. Yes. Only make sure you tick 'porcelain' as the type of tile you when you make your quote request. This type of tile is outdoors recommended due to its high resistance and low porosity. Anyway, any other type of tile installed properly, should be able to withstand outdoors under regular conditions without problem (surely you've seen road examples of ceramic pieces which resist intact for many years). Yes. Only make sure you tick 'porcelain' as the type of tile you when you make your quote request. It is installed as any other tile. The hand-painted tile maintains all the original properties of the ceramic tile. Only lay tiles as regular tiling. It will require minimum knowledge of regular tile installation.

Free shipping on all orders over 360€ for destinations in mainland Spain and Balearic Islands. Otherwise, we will estimate the shipping cost with your quote and delivery time. Artelux ® is not responsible for any tax or customs duties for other shipments. We send all our tile paintings by courier. The murals are packed in cardboard box, with all parts perfectly protected and packed and numbered on the back to facilitate tile laying and/or we add a template when needed. In any case we never send a framed mural because we could not guarantee the safe arrival and it would also significantly increase shipping costs. Our hand-painted tiles have the same strength and durability than any other conventional tile. We only use high quality materials. Please review the parts prior to tile laying. No claims shall be accepted if material has been already installed.
